The Manzano Difference

Our focus at Manzano Angus is breeding profit-oriented cattle. We want to breed the highest quality females that are moderate (~1200 lbs), very fertile, and consistent in their production. Our western environment makes it critical to select for functional cattle that breed back and keep their flesh even in the toughest years. Functional traits go hand and hand with a visually beautiful female and we spend many hours evaluating our cattle’s eye appeal.

This focus makes it easier to market the type of bulls this industry needs!
